Daily Science Fiction is one of my favorite publications, so I’m excited they chose to feature my micro story “Jesus Machine” today.
My mom read the story and said: “I’m sure it’s good, Sweetie, but I don’t understand it.”
It’s a short short, so check it out if you have 90 seconds to spare. I hope you like it! (Understanding is optional.)

I read this as soon as I opened my e-mail this morning. So much depth in so few words-simply amazing. Kudos on blowing my mind this morning.

That is SO something my Mom would have said! Congratulations!!
My goal for the year is to write at least 100 words/day. Baby steps…..but it will force me to do something at least daily.

Right after my mom said that, my son said: “Is that all of it? I don’t get it.” lol I guess I have a new definition of the sandwich generation. Neither the parents nor the offspring understand me.
I think your goal is good. Keep me posted on how it goes. 🙂
